1. Agreement to Terms These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Rial Enterprises LLC, doing business as Shack Shine - Orlando North East (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our services and the https://www.shackshine.com/ or https://rialenterprises.org/ website.

By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided Rial Enterprises LLC is an independent franchise operator of Shack Shine. We provide exterior house detailing services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights The "Shack Shine" name, logo, and related marks are the intellectual property of the franchisor and are used by Rial Enterprises LLC under license. All other content, source code, and functionality are the property of their respective owners.

4. User Representations By using our services, you represent that: (1) All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. (2) You have the legal authority to authorize work on the property provided.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rial Enterprises LLC will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost revenue. Rial Enterprises LLC is an independent legal entity from the Shack Shine franchisor; any disputes regarding service performance at your location are solely between you and Rial Enterprises LLC.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Rial Enterprises LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions By consenting to Rial Enterprises LLC dba Shack Shine’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of us through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

Program Description: We send text messages to confirm appointments, provide "on the way" alerts, and send service estimates.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 407-743-8016. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
